Welcome. I’m Roy Peet Poillon, a Certified Christian Mental Health Coach. I help individuals and families navigate life’s complexities. I view every family as an interconnected system that seeks harmony and stability, yet challenges like chronic illness, trauma, and sudden transitions can disrupt that balance.
My coaching blends a strong understanding of family dynamics with compassionate, faith-based support. When one part of a family changes, everyone feels it. Whether you’re preparing for a transition or living through a hard season, I’ll walk with you and provide a safe place to gain the insight and perspective you need.
Together, I serve as a guide and sounding board—never telling you how to live, but helping you make wise, aligned decisions for your family. Through focused coaching, we’ll explore key questions: Who are you at your core? How are you really doing? What do you want, and do your daily choices support that direction? As we name what’s working, what isn’t, and the mental health barriers in your way, we can move from where your family is now toward where God is calling you to be.
One of the most practical ways I help is through learning exercises that expand your knowledge base. I have over 1,200 evidence-based exercises, and we can build a curriculum tailored to your needs. At the same time, knowledge without God is incomplete—because we ultimately seek His will for our lives. That’s why we’ll also study Scriptures connected to the challenges you face. By pairing mental health learning with biblical truth, we create a strong plan for growth and lasting change.
I look forward to helping you restore your family’s health and direction as you pursue healing, balance, and intentional living. May the Lord's blessings be upon you as you complete these practical knowledge building exercises.
Your Brother in Christ Jesus, Roy Peet Poillon
